Walt Disneyworld Theme Park

Walt Disneyworld theme park is one of life’s most visited destinations especially for folks with children. While the amusement park is a great deal of fun for the whole family, it can also financially extend the budget at the same time. There are, however, a few tips that can make your trip to Disneyworld much more enjoyable and less financially draining.

There are three hotels based on the monorail line and that offer direct access to the entertainment park. Selecting one of these hotels is a good choice for families with young children as well as teenagers. These locations are convenient and perfect for families with young children who still take naps. One parent can hop on the monorail to take the youngster back to the room for a nap while the other parent can stay and enjoy the park with the rest of the gang.

The convenience is also great for those who want a quick break from the sun, sounds or exhilaration of the park. Households with teenagers who are responsible enough to stay at the park on their own while the rest of the family heads back to the hotel also do well to stay at a hotel along the monorail system.

This makes it possible for them to travel back to the hotel on their own so the whole family doesn’t have to wait for them to finish enjoying the park or one parent doesn’t have to drive back to the park to pick them up.

Souvenirs can be expensive inside the Disneyworld. You will likely be able to find discounted Disney t-shirts in your own town before you even go on your vacation. Consider buying shirts for your children before you leave and without their knowledge then surprise them with the t-shirts as they prepare for their first day at the park. They will be excited to wear their new souvenir to the park and will be much less likely to ask for souvenirs while you are in the park.

It’s also a good idea to have a plan in place to maneuver your way through the park once you’re inside. The attractions nearest to the entry are commonly very crowded early in the day as most visitors stop at the first attraction that they find. It is best to skip the attractions close to the entrance and begin your day at attractions further away. Get your map out and plan out your day to include the wants and needs of the whole family.

You might also consider visiting popular attractions early on as they become more and more crowded as the day progresses. Parades attract a great deal of attention and you may find that ride lines are much shorter during parades. Think about timing your trips to the more popular rides to coincide with parades.

Traditional lunch and dinner times can be very crowded with long lines and limited seating. Opting to eat a little earlier or later than usual, however, can make your dining experience more enjoyable. For example having lunch at 2:00 may be a good idea if you are looking to avoid the crowds.

Another way to save money is jumping back on the monorail and eating your lunch in you room. Peanut butter, jelly and a loaf of bread can go a long way to save on the family budget; you can use that money to buy souvenirs.

Without some advanced planning DisneyWorld can seem overwhelming and can cause a lot of stress and fatigue on all members of the family. Some tips for making your experience more enjoyable include choosing a hotel with easy access to the park, buying souvenirs ahead of time and strategically planning your day to lessen the amount of time that you spend waiting in lines.

I hope this article has helped you and you have a great trip to Walt Disneyworld theme park.

Las Vegas Luxor

Las Vegas Luxor is both a hotel and casino and a focal point of attraction in the Sin City. It is probably one of the places that most people know at least from pictures and documentaries when it comes to touristic attractions around the world. In its place, there used to be the Pyramid House and it is today one of the best-known themed resorts. The name comes from the city of Luxor, an ancient Egyptian town in the Valley of the Kings.

Las Vegas Luxor was built in 1991 and it was renovated in 2007. It contains more than four thousand rooms for tourists, and its public areas have also been renovated to create more adult-appealing lounges, clubs and restaurants. In the same year of the renovation, one of the pyramids black surfaced facades advertised for Absolut Vodka but last year, in 2008, the ad was taken off.

Las Vegas Luxor was initially more Egypt-oriented in terms of thematic aspect before the renovation two years ago. It used to have a river that surrounded the casino and guests were taken on boat trips to take a look around and to get to that particular casino. The river was later removed because of tourist complaints that the trip took too long. In addition, tourists believed that they could see the ghosts of two of the workers who had died in an accident during the construction period.

The resort Las Vegas Luxor also used to have a night club, a theater and many other attractions. Nowadays things are a little different. They have refurnished the rooms, they have replaced two great restaurants with CatHouse, they have again replaced the nightclub that was most popular in Vegas with another, part of the branch of LAX; fortunately, you can still find the Las Vegas Luxor Steakhouse only under a different name as well as the IMAX theater which has been renovated to offer even greater performance shows.

Las Vegas Luxor is very well-known because of its design, the work of Veldon Simpson. It is actually a pyramid of black glass that has rooms and facilities along 30 stories in height. The portico-like structure goes under a huge recreation of the Giza Sphinx which also makes it strikingly known to so many people. At the top of the pyramid there is a tower of light pointing upwards and being considered one of the strongest beams in the world.

The Luxor has the distinct honor of hosting the Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition - with 20 million visitors viewing “The Ship of Dreams” I was in Vegas last December and I just didn’t have the time to visit the Luxor but I will be back soon to see the ship.
